Michele is a Registered Licensed Dietitian with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Kent State University. Michele brings not only years of professional expertise but also valuable life experience to her practice. She sees each client as an individual with unique circumstances and needs, enjoying the process of getting to know them and working together to reach attainable, sustainable goals. Michele practices what she teaches and finds great reward in living a healthy life. She enjoys hiking, biking, and yoga as forms of exercise, believing there is an activity for everyone-walking is a great example! In addition, she loves gardening and cooking, specializing in food hacks that make meals simple, quick, and delicious. Michele entered the field of nutrition because she truly believes in Food as Medicine and wants to inspire you to take control of your health. While she is fluent in most therapeutic diets, she has a particular passion for GI nutrition and autoimmune disorders. Michele would love to embark on a health journey with you!
