Dr. Fatima was very patient, thorough, and kind. I asked her to inform me of my lab results as soon as she was able to. She called me on the weekend to assure me that my lab results came back normal and that I had nothing to worry about. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an honest, kind, and reliable OGBYN.

I had a 12:30 appointment and was told to arrive 30 minutes early because it was my first visit. However, when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying the office was closed until 12:30 for the office lunch break so I had to stand in the hallway for 30 minutes. Once I did enter the office, it was not very clean, and no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I was a new patient the staff was very helpful glad they were able to test in the office so I didn't have to go anyplace else for a doctors visit it was very pleasant.

Here's the thing. There is a lot of paper work so make sure you get there early. I thought Dr. Jabeen Fatima was great, very lovely and personable. It was my first time going to a Primary Care Phycisian in about 6 years. But, I'm still on the fence. I had to take a sample and bring it back to the front desk....and the young lady at the desk told me my results (although positive) whilst other patients were still in the waiting room listening. Felt slightly unprofessional. Possibly may be back, but I'm not sure

Dr. Fatima is a wonderful doctor. She is very interested in me and in each of her patients. She takes time with me and explains what the problem is and what things would help to improve my health. She uses both her medical knowledge as well as natural remedies and alternative medicine to promote healing. She has helped me a great deal.
Dr. Fatima is very personable and kind and her medical approach is very calming to me. She LISTENS to what I have to say which is unusual in my experience with MDs today who are so busy that they dismiss what I might have to say about my symptoms. Dr. Fatima responds with educative material and helps me to understand what is wrong and how, together, we can correct the problem.
Dr. Fatima does not allow the pharmaceutical industry to interfere with her appointments with her patients but uses the knowledge gained from them to treat us..
