The place is very clean and presentable. The doctor I saw was very kind and patient. I'm so grateful to have Carbon Health in our neighborhood. I recommend it highly.

There was minimal wait time and the front desk was very clear and friendly with the process. The staff has been courteous and has provided very good service. Thank you! Definitely will come back to this specific location the next time I need to use an urgent care service.

Terrible customer service. I waited over an hour to be seen without any updates even though I booked an appointment and multiple people were seen ahead of me that seem to be walkins. I will never come here again. ?

First time in for a last minute appointment. The office was clean, had modern trendy decor. Reception was so friendly and professional. The doctor and nurse practitioners were so helpful and all had terrific bed side manner. Hoping I don’t have any other health issues that would require me to be back - but this location for urgent care would be the definite choice!

The office was clean. I was taken care of by the front desk fast and efficient. The wait time was one of the shortest I had while visiting a doctor's office and the nurse and physician were friendly and down to earth.

I saw Susan Mendes PA-C. She did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and heard! Office was also beautiful and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommend others to this urgent care.
