I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper's for a very long time. I have always been very satisfied. And I love the new Cedar Hill office.
But today, it took me just about 2 hours before I left the office. That is way too long.

I started seeing Dr. Cooper in 2011. My regular optometrist sent me to him after noticing an irregularity with my pupils. Dr. Cooper is great at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand and his staff is great too!

I was seen from the waiting room within 30 minutes, however after the initial exam by the technician, it took nearly 2.5 hours before I saw the doctor. Everyone was very friendly and professional, but 3 hours for a routine eye exam is unacceptable.
