I recently moved and decided to go to this location to get an eye exam. My visit started off ok, the usual.
I just felt uncomfortable when the doctor came in. His chair pushed up all up on me, he was trying to grab it without looking and clearly was not even close with grabbing his chair. He also had some candy or snack in his mouth and was crunching it during the visit randomly. It felt like he didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t making much eye contact (ironically) or conversation at all.
We would just sit there silently…then expect me to just answer. I’d tell him that there was not much difference when he kept changing the focus and he seemed uninterested. Towards the end, he would explain what he saw from the exam- but then thanked us for coming.
Im not sure if he was having a bad day, but the customer service could be a tad bit better.
If you’re looking for a quick exam- then you’ll be ok here. Unfortunately, I will not return.

Great service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The provider took the time to help me understand the treatment and allowed me the time to ask questions. Highly recommend!

I really liked this place, and they did this cool Retina scan that didn’t leave my eyes blurry for the rest of the day, although that wasn’t covered by insurance (it was $40) I also didn’t see Dr. Marc. I ended up seeing Dr. Kamal who works the weekends.

The doctor was very knowledgeable we had to do a new test so that it was no contact . I'd never seen that test before & After it he actually showed me my eye and the back of my eye with the computer that was pretty cool.
