I provide compassionate, individualized nutrition counseling for:
Eating Disorders:
I have extensive experience supporting clients with a wide range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder). My training and expertise include working in higher levels of care for eating disorders, giving me unique insight into the recovery process. I provide evidence-based care, including personalized meal planning and education, to help clients nourish their bodies and heal their relationship with food.
I earned my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rowan University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide expert care.
Beyond my work in nutrition, I enjoy painting and drawing, connecting with nature, and exploring new coffee shops. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
