Dr. Hyun had great bedside manner and put me at ease about my health concerns by coming up with a plan of action and really listening to my concerns.
The front staff is also very friendly and knows what they're doing. The office was spotless and comfortable.

Dr. Hyun's office is very clean, and his staff is incredibly friendly however, I am not very happy with Dr. Hyun himself. When I first met with him for a consultation, he was very serious, and I did not feel as though he really listened to everything I was saying. He did not even feel around in my stomach. I left his office feeling more anxious and confused then I did walking in. He ordered a bunch of blood/stool tests that took WEEKS to come back (which isn't his fault) but when they finally all came back, I called again and he was out of office for another week... I'm sorry but my symptoms were horrible and he did not even get back to me to schedule the procedures I needed... instead, he wanted to do ANOTHER consultation. Sorry but I feel as though he was really taking his time with this diagnosis. ALSO, he stated that I could not get a colonoscopy/upper endoscopy at the same time because of "insurance purposes". That gave me extreme anxiety, because if I needed both procedures why endure going under twice? Turns out...(in the time it took them to tell me he was out of office and to schedule another consultation) went to another doctor who did both procedures at the same time NO PROBLEM and took only 3 days to make me an appointment for the procedures. I had both my procedures done already and my SECOND "consultation" with Dr. Hyun was for sometime this week... obviously which I will be canceling and never returning to him. So no I would not recommend this doctor.

I found Dr. Hyun through ZocDoc and made an appointment for an initial consultation for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. The wait time was minimal to none and the procedures were quick and painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services.
