My visit with Dr. Ni was absolutely amazing. My visit was less then an hour, that included removing my cast, having an x-ray done and being fitted for a boot. This is the second time meeting with Dr. Ni and I would definitely recommend him. I've already made my follow up appointment .

He was really fast and efficient which was important to me bc my car was parked in 2 hour parking. I was in and out with time to spare- nonparking ticket. Some may find his bedside manner lacking bc he is so "down to business" but it was just what the doctor ordered for me. (ugh, sorry)

Terrible patient care. Unfortunately, Dr. Ni pretends to care about the patient, but he is only interested in the money. I visited Dr Ni because I had an elbow issue. He directed me to take physical therapy and take some medication. We agreed that we will go for an MRI if it doesn't get better, and it did not get better. I called Dr. Ni to communicate that nothing got better, and he said he will try to get MRI approval from my insurance and he mentioned it is better to come in and see him to increase the chance of getting the MRI approval. After contemplating, I booked an appointment and saw him. After traveling to his office for 40 minutes, waiting to see him for hours, and paying the co-payment, he spent literally 1 minute to confirm that my elbow condition was the same. We got the MRI approved, MRI was taken and sent to Dr. Ni's office, and his assistant Liz called saying the result came out. I told Liz that I would prefer talking to Dr. Ni over the phone if it is possible and she mentioned Dr. Ni would like to see me in person. I expected that there was a concrete result and a solution to my elbow when she said that. Again, I booked an appointment, traveled 40 minutes, waited for hours, paid co-payment and finally saw Dr. Ni to hear the result. He said "There was nothing caught in the MRI and I do not have a concrete solution to fix your elbow." He did not even show me the MRI to explain what he saw. Really? You wanted to see me in person just to communicate that? I have friends who work in the medical field and usually if the result is not worth a visit, they communicate the result over the phone for the sake of the patient's convenience. I wasted ton of time and money and still have an elbow problem. I will never visit again.

Dr. Ni was great. Very informative and professional and provided great advice. I ultimately ended up not getting surgery with him because of timing. But my experience with him and his staff was excellent. My only compliant is there was a long wait before I was able to see him.

Doctor was good. Staff was nice. Only provlem was the lomg wait, and that I filled out info om zocdoc, and then had to fill out the info again when I went to the doctor. Zocdoc customer service tried to resolve the issue, but the info from the website to the doctoe is not seamless.
