Dr. Goodnight holds board certifications in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. He earned a bachelor of science in chemistry at the University of Miami and his medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine. Following this, he served his residency in head and neck surgery at the UCLA Medical Center, widely recognized for offering one of the best training programs in the United States. Along with being a renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Goodnight is a certified fitness trainer and has graduate research training in medical nutrition, with particular expertise in fat loss and weight management. These services include fitness and nutrition counseling and other programs that are customized to meet the needs of his patients.
