I was very satisfied with my visit today..The staff was very professional as well as very organized.I loved the fact that there was a sufficient enough staff that everybody had their own job to do & did it well if I do say so myself..Dr.Kipnis was very easy to talk to & was very soft spoken.I would definately be back for my follow-up appointment as well as others in the future if I need an Orthopedic Surgeon. I feel it very unfair that I had to wait an hour and forty five minutes to see the doctor. While I understand his time is valuable so is mine. I think it be only appropriate if the office can remind me three times of my appointment that they can alert me that the doctor is running late.

I was very please with Dr. Kipnis. His technician and staff were kind and professional. The exam was thorough and Dr. Kipnis was patient, he answered questions regarding my diagnosis and explained to me with clarity options for treatment. It was very important that I did not feel that he was rushing off to his next patient. He also offered that I should call if I had any other concerns.

Dr. Kipnis was professional, efficient, and explained his findings in an understandable and helpful manner. His staff from receptionist, radiologist and interviewing intake nurse were all professional in their assignments. I would highly recommend Dr. Kipnis.

Seemed extremely knowledgable and we very gentle but thorough in the examination. Helped put my mind at ease and did not just dismiss the problem like the ER did.

Dr. Kipnis knows his stuff but his office seems very busy. I had to wait about 30-45mins for my visit. I wouldn't go again unless I was going to see him for a long period stretch for surgery or an ongoing injury. Not the best for a first time visit. The staff can be very blunt at times too, so just give a nice smile and speak slowly and throughly to get through them.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kipnis. I arrived early for my appointment and they took me right away. Dr. Kipnis was very professional, straight forward and personable. He ordered X-rays which were taken on premises. I then returned to the exam room where Dr. Kipnis returned and explained the results. He was very thorough and gave me his thoughts on my options (left knee problems). Overall, a very positive visit.

Dr. Kipnes has mellowed. I loved his "cowboy" demeanor, but now he's very subdued. Still one of the best. Never quick to cut and straight to the point. Have recommended, unbeknownst to him, many patients to him, though this was the first time that I have needed him in 17 years.

He is an excellent doctor and clearly knows his field; however, he was impersonal, kept me waiting over 30 minutes, yet spent less than 10 minutes with me , and I was a new patient.
