This was my first eye doctor appointment ever so I didn't really know what to expect. The first thing they did was take a picture of my eye. The tech assured me there would be no "puff of air" blown into my eye, something I've heard it quite unpleasant, so I was happy about that. The doc went over the pics of my eye with me and gave some pretty detailed info on what was up with my vision. Now I just need to pick out some non-lame frames.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They explained my tests and options thoroughly and made my transition to a progressive wearer much easier. They are even special ordering my chosen frame in my preferred color. I highly recommend Eyeballs.

Dr. Mccrum and his assistant were both friendly and explained very well how things were going with my eyes and what was happening and what my various options are for correcting my vision. I was seen at the time of my appointment and had a great experience. Will visit again.

Dr. Mccrum is SO GREAT! I learned more about my eyes in this one appointment then I have in my 16 years of getting checkups.
I've already recommended him to my friends and family! I can't wait to go get my new glasses!

Wish I could send pics to this review beause the 2 staff members, who are so nice, and PATIENT, were taking pictures of me with funny looking glasses to send to mom back home! I had fun there! Where else can you go and get state of the art technology I've never seen before, plus an awesome Dr. and staff.

As soon as you walk in the doors, the environment is vibrant and welcoming. So much so, you find yourself just talking to all of the staff and other customers, as well. In addition to the feel of the space, the staff is extremely helpful and personable. They listened, anticipated my needs, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. My experience from beginning to end was a pleasant one.
