A little about me! I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2018. After this, I went on to complete my Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition at the same university in 2020. I completed my clinicals in the Chicago area and became a registered dietitian shortly after finishing up school. I have been working as an outpatient clinical dietitian for over two years now. I started out at Lake County Health Department and am currently working at Advocate Medical Group. Outside of dietetics, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, fitness, and anything that revolves around animals! I truly enjoy this field and being able to help my client’s change their health for the better. I understand the barriers that my clients face when changing their diet and am here to provide proper guidance and evidence-based nutrition therapy for your goals. Living in a social media world, I understand the misinformation out there when it comes to diet and nutrition. As a dietitian, I never want my client(s) to feel judged or that they have to hide information from me. I would love to help navigate you on this journey!
