Doctor Sultanova is very nice. She listened to my concerns and tried addressing them. However, the office itself is old, Her door is open and in conjunction with the front desk so you feel 0 to no privacy when talking to a doctor. Also the wait time is extremely long every time. Her front desk staff is rude, when you come in they literally in your face start talking about you, asking you "what are you doing here" in unprofessional manner. I called to schedule an appointment, they told me they have no time to talk now and cant schedule call back monday, i called on monday, they say doctor is on vocation. Staff sent me to ER because i called and ask to see a doctor to get eye drops. Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff !!!!!

Knowledgeable and very sweet doctor , makes you feel at ease, listens to all the concerns. Professional staff, medical assistant was really nice, drew blood from the first time and painless experience.
Wait time was not bad, i saw the doctor in less than 30 minutes. Office space is kind of out-dated and very tiny, besides that, great experience.

I had blood work done and they did not inform me of my high sugar level and did not wish to give me results unless I came in. I ended up in hospital for 3 days.

Very long wait time and doesn’t matter if you have appointment because the doctor doesn’t see in order. Also, she doesn’t listen and interrupts you. I was there almost 2 hours and I didn’t know what’s going on or what should I do.

Dr. Sultanova was great when I finally got in to see her and was very efficient. There were A LOT of patients waiting to see her. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I didn’t get in to see the doctor until 5pm or maybe a little after. The wait was crazy long but he bedside manner was great. Very straight forward and quick to write a referral

The doctor was fine and efficient but the fact that they only accept cash is so frustrating and inconvenient! Who doesn’t take plastic these days?? For this reason alone I will not return. Very disappointed.

Zocdoc has appointments that the doctor doesn’t she keep. She’s nice, but doesn’t seem to arrive until well after 4pm (mind you my appointment was at 3 and I thought about trying to make it for an earlier time). Co payments are cash only and it would be helpful if that was in the reminder text.

The office was tiny, no seats so you had to stand. The staff at the front is totally rude, and disrespectful. They don’t know anything about insurance. I wouldn’t go to this place or recommend this to any one.

I went in super sick so I was annoyed from the beginning. I waited over a hour then moved from chair to room, chair to room. When I did see the doctor she seemed nice and trying to help she clearly seen how bad I felt. She seem my throat and hooked me right up to a iv bag with antibiotics. By the time I left I was half asleep and ready for bed. I would give it another shot, hopefully I wont till I'm so sick to go back.

The doctor only arrived an hour after my appointment time, and then started taking people who came after me. When I complained, the receptionist replied, "Well, you're a new patient, so..." What does that mean? I'm a new patient so I can sit there all night?? Also, she had no idea what Zocdoc even was, and I had to fill out all of the paperwork in the office. Then I find out that the doctor doesn't have the ability to write my prescriptions. What a waste of my time.

They accept cash only. What kind of clinic does that? So my appointment was rescheduled to 30 min later, no-one asked me if that was fine, there was no communication. They just did it as per their wish. Later when I go there, they tell me the doctor won't come in until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
Then my in-network insurance won't cover anything apparently and i have to pay up. This is all before I even see a doctor. I agree to pay 'cause my situation is serious. Then Im told cash only. I don't carry hundreds of dollars in my purse. I just lost an entire day because of this. And I need urgent care. I feel so lost.
