Dr. Alvaro Olayo, MD, is a dedicated Primary Care Physician and Certified Civil Surgeon providing comprehensive primary care and immigration medical examinations in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
To maintain efficient scheduling, we kindly request advance notice for any appointment changes. This fee applies only to first-time (1st visiting) patients and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
We are currently accepting new patients. An updated list of accepted insurance plans is available on our profile, and we encourage patients to verify coverage before scheduling.

The front desk is so friendly and the ladies are very lovely. Office manager Rezaul Jamee was very attentive and made me feel comfortable here.
I’m happy and comfortable with this attention from everyone.

It was great. The Doctor took care of me and spoke to me in detail about my health issue and I have never experienced like this before. Also the staff was very helpful and welcoming and very kind to me.
Specially the office manager Rezaul Jamee was very supportive. Also the place is clean and smells good.
