Had a great first visit. The place is nice and most importantly, Dr. Cruz was very kind and had a great bedside manner. She answered all my questions and gave me some good insights that were helpful.
One note, please tell people how to get into the parking lot. It was tricky! Other than that, great visit.

Following undergraduate studies at Butler University and earning her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Dr. Cruz completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Chicago. She is an active member of professional societies, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

I wouldn’t recommend visiting her, the day of the visit she forgot to ask for the blood tests for the laboratory (ok it was just a mistake) I had to return another day. Later, when she called me to explain the results, she realized they were incomplete, I don't know if she didn't order them all (again) or what happened there. At the end she said that would send me by email a referral for another type of treatment and never sent it.
I tried to call her days later but I was always put on hold for more than 5 minutes.
Not to mention in detail I asked for my Pap test and she said it should be done every 5 years, with my PCOS health condition, I do it every year and it is the first time that I was “advised” not to do it.
