I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr Cronin and women’s health consulting in general. Dr Cronin was kind, very explanatory, personable, just a young friendly doctor who made me feel comfortable immediately. It was more of an establishing visit rather than anything wrong, but she asked me questions, listened to my answers and responded to all questions and thoughts I had. The office was clean, well decorated, and very organized. Check in was a breeze, and the worker who initially took my information was also super warm and friendly. I’m so so happy to have found this practice and I would definitely recommend it.

Great experience with Dr. Cronin. She answered all of my questions clearly, even entertaining ones that I knew were more unlikely. The pap was easily one of the more comfortable ones I've had. I will say, I am confident being fairly assertive in appointments, so if you are more timid, you may feel slightly rushed. But I did not feel dismissed or slighted in any way.

I was able to find the location easily, and I was seen right away. Dr. Cronin was kind and helpful. She explained possible solutions and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Checking in and out was a little awkward because the front desk person didn't acknowledge me after a couple of minutes of me standing there but otherwise all good!

Dr. Cronin was simply amazing - I couldn’t recommend her enough!! The office is clean and well-kept, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was my first official visit to the gynecologist and I was a bit nervous, as many of us are (and I also had a lot of questions lol), but Dr. Cronin made me feel so comfortable in every possible way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor in the Chicago area! Thanks so much to Dr. Cronin and her staff :)

Just overall a really great experience. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The office itself was really nice, it's a big space but they manage to maintain a high level of privacy. It can be really hard to find good women's health doctors, but I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit.
