“I went in thanks to another 5 star review that said Dr Charlly doesn't make you feel rushed. I was getting so frustrated with all these healthcare providers that basically push you out of the door once you sit down. I'm going to second that 5 star review. Dr Charlly took his time to validate my concerns and answer my follow up questions throughly without making me feel rushed. I actually felt like he cared which feels rare these days. Clean building, clean practice, everything seems to be done by the books. ?Instructions are pretty unclear, I guess I have a follow up… But no one has called to confirm. I checked on my own when my lab test came in, I don’t think I was notified, but I just wondered if it was due overall with like clear, communication, and a little more interest in how I’m doing. It was a physical, I don’t think I was even touched by the doctor. ? Clean building, clean practice, everything seems to be done by the books.

Dr. Charlly was great. He was appropriately friendly and professional when discussing my medical history and didn’t make me feel pressured by time. His recommendations felt thoughtful and like he wasn’t just telling me things I wanted to hear. When I asked about some additional testing to screen for conditions I know I’m predisposed to, he was very informative about telling me to check my insurance first as they may not cover it, and ultimately recommended waiting. Not at all pushy, great job discussing potential risk factors, the blood test they ran was very comprehensive and didn’t cost me a thing, pretty ideal appointment.

Doctor and staff were very friendly. I have difficulty with blood draws and the nurse was amazing in proactively addressing my nausea concerns. Least traumatic blood draw I’ve ever had. A+ experience.

Dr. Charlly was knowledgeable and a great listener. He explained the process thoroughly and asked me about my concerns before starting the physical exam and made suggestions accordingly. The lab results were uploaded promptly with helpful notes the next day.
The front desk staff and the nurses were also very personable and did a great job getting me through the visit.

Great experience. Everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Wait time was less than 10 mins. The phlebotomist was the best I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist was polite and the MD was very helpful and knowledgeable of solutions for my needs. This was the quickest and easiest appointment I’ve ever had in all of my adult years. Most definitely would recommend to anyone.
