The staff was very rude. It says on this website that they accept Aetna Better Health and it was verified before I went. I got there for them not to accept it and they were beyond rude about the whole situation which was this sites fault anyway.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a new GP. I read the reviews of Dr. Rubin and decided she would be a great match, ans she was! She is the friendliest GP I've had since I was a child. She's extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. The practice is clean, the staff are friendly, and the entire experience was pleasant.

Visit went very well! Didn't have to wait long which is a huge plus! Dr. Rubin was very nice and very thorough. She asked a lot of questions and explained in detail the pros and cons of several treatment options. She even told me to go home and research the options if i felt more comfortable doing that. I left the office with a treatment that we both agreed on. I was very impressed overall with my visit!

I really appreciated Dr. Rubin's care and thoughtfulness for my annual physical. Really responsive and kind staff. I was happy to see a good set of what appeared to be regular patients.
I'd definitely return in the future. The office seemed well-organized and run, and the staff seem quite knowledgable while down-to-earth.

I hate doctors and for the first time I had a good doctors appointment and knew that Dr. Rubin really cared about me. She didn't rush through the appointment and got to know me as a person. I would recommend her to anyone.

My only complaint is that it takes so long to see her, between check-in and when she gets into the room. This is usually every visit. I usually arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. It usually takes about 45 minutes waiting in the reception waiting room, then about another 15 minutes in the back room to wait for her.
She does seem to spend the time she feels she needs with every patient, though.

Dr. Rubin was great. She was kind and genuinely interested in learning more about my background. I would definitely visit her regularly. With the exception of one woman in reception who ignored me when I came in (she was the only one of three not helping someone), the staff were courteous and helpful. This woman seemed more interested in entertaining some children than helping me, but it didn't reflect my experience with Dr. Rubin. Just constructive criticism for the staff!

Dr. Rubin was very friendly during my visit. She asked me questions about my life and made me feel more comfortable rather than just making it cut and dry about why I was there like other places do.
She immediately recognized what I had and was able to diagnose me and get me out of there in a timely manner.
