Doctor K was professional, guided the conversation in logical, effective way and gave me time to express myself fully so that he understood every aspect of my responses. He has excellent bed side manner and was very responsive to any input that I had in regards to potential treatment and plans for progress. I am very grateful that I have him as a medical professional on my side.

I'm still waiting on my follow up callback. I was told he would not be the one talking to me but he's have someone call me in two my days. It's been 6.

The provider does not have a good bedside manner. He did not ask good questions, (like what problems are you having), and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel heard and I don’t think he really cared that much.

I strongly advise against choosing Talkiatry for mental health support. My personal experience with this service was nothing short of a nightmare. The disorganization and lack of efficiency were immediately apparent when I arrived for my appointment. I was made to wait for an unreasonably long time, only to be seen by a dismissive psychiatrist who clearly had little interest in addressing my concerns. The session itself felt rushed and superficial, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated. It was evident that the psychiatrist was more focused on getting through appointments quickly rather than providing quality care. This lack of attention and empathy was incredibly disheartening. I strongly urge you to seek mental health support elsewhere, where you can receive the care and attention you truly deserve. I would strongly advise against booking with this psychiatrist or the Talkiatry practice. There are other affordable services out there that can provide better care and respect for you

This doctor works through Talkiatry, a national provider of medication management. He said he was not able to treat me. That is a fair and honest assessment, and I think he was polite in the termination. What bothers me is that the concern really seemed to be about liability than my actual health issues. I called in simply for a continuation of the medication I had been prescribed before. I described my case as I did many times before. When I checked for aftercare notes and billing, the company had erased the record of the appointment.
