I left before I even got to see her. The office is within a walk-in clinic and the waiting room was packed. I didn't feel comfortable being there after sitting there for a half hour. And after hearing the doctor was late getting in I decided I really had to get out of there. That said, I really like Dr Atallah-Vinograd and would have probably stuck it out if not for the virus..

Twice I had appointments for 11am. First time was told by Bay Ridge to wait till noon until Dr. came in. I had time, so I did. Doctor gave me instructions on whom to call so that I didnt have to wait ever again. Those instructions didn't work either but this time I left the office really annoyed. Won't see a doctor whose office (Bay Ridge) is so matter of a fact about regarding bad scheduling, "just wait till she comes in" .. then put their heads down. Don't see her in Bay Ridge.

The office was a bit crowded but I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor (about 20 min). The doctor is very attentive and thorough. I loved that she didn’t just “prescribe” a treatment plant for me but carefully evaluated my situation and we both came up with a plan that was clinically logical and also comfortable for me. She took her time and didn’t rush the appointment at all, that’s rare and much appreciated :)

The last two times I attempted to see her, I waited over an hour and a half and had to leave without seeing her. When I had seen her in the past, she was attentive, had great bedside manner, and treated me with kindness and respect and helped me with the issues I had. It's really unfortunate that she doesn't show up when she's supposed to.

Dr seemed tired and not all that interested, but she was OK. I am still looking for a GI specialist with a more functional and holistic approach, not in the quasi-science sense but someone who takes a thorough history about diet and lifestyle, investigates hard before jumping to the most invasive procedures and blanket conclusions.Alma the receptionist was flat out rude and unpleasant, but she seems to be in good relations with the doc so I doubt this will change anything.

Wow, today was my first appointment with Dr. Jean Atallah-Vinograd and I was extremely impressed. Dr. Atallah-Vinograd did everything to ease the nervousness that I was feeling upon arrival. I appreciate the opportunity that Dr. Atallah-Vinograd extended to me when she asked how she could be of assistance to me. I felt she listened attentively to my concerns with an empathetic ear. I also shared additional concerns that I had. Dr. Atallah-Vinogard took the time in assisting me with reassurance, concern and care regarding my own concerns. Upon conclusion of my exam, she shared countless suggestions regarding things that I can try, and what she herself plans to do in assisting me. I'm glad that I was able to find her through Zoc-Doc. The postive reviews that I read regarding this doctor assisted me is seeking help from her. I couldn't be more happier with her "Professionalism" and the decision that I made in choosing her. The Conduit Blvd office is very cramped. I had a 10:30 appt, arrived at 10:25, and waited over an hour to be seen. While the doctor's bedside manner was excellent, the waiting area was cramped and smelled terrible. I almost canceled my appointment and left because it was so bad. If I see the doctor again, I will ensure it is not in this location.
