Jean was great! She was really quick with the exam. The office seems to be a bit disorganized; I had some trouble checking in even though I've been to the office before. Jean was also concerned about some billing paperwork that needed to be done. She took the time to give good bedside manner, but I did feel a little rushed along, particularly on the way out. She forgot to write me a prescription I needed for example. Overall, a good experience.

Good as per usual. They didn't seem to be aware of my appointment though, and has to wait 30 mins but the bedside manner of Doctor Lenghan is well worth it

Jean was great, however I had to wait almost an hour and a half to see her! I would certainly recommend this doctor, but the office was very disorganized. It's ridiculous to have to wait that long for an appointment!
