This doctor either closed his office or relocated 3 months after my appointment without notifying me. When the frames eye of the glasses I ordered through the office started to peel I tried to contact them and couldn't. I had to go to a new doctor, pay for another eye exam and new eye glasses because this office disappeared with my records and no way of contacting them about the crappy frames I had purchased from them.
