Dr. Arthur joined Colorado Orthopedic Consultants as the total joint specialist. He attended the University of Colorado, Boulder for undergraduate training. He went on to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. From there went on to orthopedic residency in Toledo, Ohio. Most recently completed his joint fellowship at the University of California, Davis.
The advanced training gives him expertise in total knee and total hip replacements. He performs minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty and complex revision procedures. Utilizes computerized navigation for selected patients. He is also trained in trauma and other general orthopedic procedures.
He has participated and is currently involved in research projects utilizing the latest advances in total joint replacement technology.
Dr. Arthur has been involved in athletics his entire life which has included competitive martial arts and bodybuilding. He is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and wants his patients no matter their age to remain active with the help of their new hip or knee replacement.
