My goal as your therapist is to be a guide on your journey to a lasting state of well-being and to serve as your support anchor as you work to resolve the difficult, hurtful, and disruptive experiences of your life. You will be able to resolve relationship conflicts, develop new and more effective ways of thinking and feeling about yourself and others, and overcome issues that keep you from experiencing high levels of joy and fulfillment. It would be my honor to be your mentor in this work, and together we will create a safe space to process these experiences through this powerful process of healing.
My first calling is working with trauma survivors. As an EMDR-trained therapist with experience in treating PTSD, I can help you process traumas that affect your quality of life. I also enjoy working with older adults on their unique issues and supporting adults with autism in gaining independence. I will be your coach on the path to optimal mental health.
I hold a PsyD in Psychology from Pepperdine University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
