I'm a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with teens and adults navigating trauma, particularly complex trauma. I’ve been doing this work since 2017 and bring a warm, grounded presence to sessions. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and real—no pretense, no pressure, just a space to do the work together at your pace.

My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, drawing from EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been pushed aside. I strive to be warm, honest, and real.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I offer virtual sessions for anyone, anywhere in PA, so you can show up as you are — sweatpants, pets, and all. I hope to talk with you soon.
