Dr. Jeffrey B. Robertson is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in general ophthalmology. At Oak Cliff Ophthalmology we provide routine eye exams as well as care for glaucoma, diabetes and other eye conditions. We also offer Botox as well as management of LASIK and cataract surgery. Our full service optical also offers the latest frames and lenses. Me and most of my staff have worked together for over 10 years and we LOVE our new Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts location. We pride ourselves on personal service, manners, and just being nice. We always try to have a person answer the phone (not a machine), and we strive to be attentive and caring.
With that being said, we would like to ask the same of our patients. Please be respectful of us and our time. I would kindly request that you limit cellphone use while in our office as I don't think I can provide you with the best care possible if you are distracted and not able to give me your full attention. Also, I look at your appointment as a contract. Please be respectful of that and give us at least 24 hours notice if you will not be able to keep your appointment. Due to a recent spike in no-shows and last minute cancellations, there will now (regretfully) be a $50 fee applied to your account if you cannot keep your appointment and you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
