Had to fill out some repeat paperwork after I left my SS# blank on the ZocDoc electronic paperwork, so that delayed the start of my appointment (I think Dr. Steinberg was ready for me already though). Appointment itself was very quick and while we covered most of my questions, it felt a little rushed. (probably because I am in pretty good health). Convenient to my work so will probably see him again.

Dr Jeffrey Steinberg received his medical degree from the University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He came to California in 1996 where he completed his internal medicine residency at USC/LA County hospital. He became a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000 and has practiced in greater Los Angeles since that time.
Dr. Steinberg sees a large number of hospitalized patients at both Little Company of Mary Hospital and Torrance Memorial Medical center where he is an active staff member and was awarded "Caregiver of the Year," in 2005. He began working at Westchester Medical Group Center for heart and health in 2009 following the retirement of Ivan Reed. His interests include preventive medicine and longevity. He also holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University. His hobbies include gourmet cooking and extreme skiing.

Check in was easy and fast. I didn't wait long to speak with Jeffrey and he was very prepared for my appointment. I was travelling to Asia and had told him this. He came to the appointment with the materials needed to describe various vaccinations he recommended based on where I was going. I was very impressed.

I needed to change my inital meet and greet check-up to pre-op and the office went right along at last minute and due to Zoc Doc the visit was so much easier without 10 forms to fill out. I was able to meet doctor for history, chest xray, blood labs and ekg right in the office all within 1 hour. Incredible!
