I moved to Southern CA from WI a week ago and I have decided to get health care from Dr. Sreinberg as my PCP from now on. He is very professional, kind, & thoughtful.
Had to fill out some repeat paperwork after I left my SS# blank on the ZocDoc electronic paperwork, so that delayed the start of my appointment (I think Dr. Steinberg was ready for me already though). Appointment itself was very quick and while we covered most of my questions, it felt a little rushed. (probably because I am in pretty good health). Convenient to my work so will probably see him again.
I was a little nervous at first since this was my first time switching over to Dr. Steinberg, but everything went smooth. He was professional, and caring. He will now be my primary care physician.
Fast service. Very easy to talk to.
Professional competence with personal touch.
Thorough enough considering I'm on Medicare. Changing meds after blood test return. Staff is great.
Dr. Steinberg was fantastic. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased w Dr. Steinberg & the whole staff.
The visit was good but the waiting time was a bit much. There was another person with the same appointment time as me.
Check in was easy and fast. I didn't wait long to speak with Jeffrey and he was very prepared for my appointment. I was travelling to Asia and had told him this. He came to the appointment with the materials needed to describe various vaccinations he recommended based on where I was going. I was very impressed. Checkout was smooth as was everything else. Don't forget to have them validate your parking!
I needed to change my inital meet and greet check-up to pre-op and the office went right along at last minute and due to Zoc Doc the visit was so much easier without 10 forms to fill out. I was able to meet doctor for history, chest xray, blood labs and ekg right in the office all within 1 hour. Incredible!
Real great atmosphere there and great people doctors and physicians.
Very competenet and not a referalist...he actually practices medicine.
Smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, and efficient. I was seen right away, and the doctor was also friendly and efficient, but not hurried.
Great experience & would recommend.
Prompt, professional, welcoming. A much better front office experience than I've had elsewhere in the area.
I needed an Primary Care Physician due to some concerns about my thyroid, cholesterol and weight. Dr. Steinberg had me schedule a colonoscopy and will monitor my labs and weight.
Dr. Steinberg was efficient yet extremely thorough. He answered all questions I had and seems to genuinely care about his patient's well-being.
Really thorough. He took his time to get to know me, saw me right away, and really cared about my health. Great Doctor!
It went pretty well. Wait time is less than 5 mins and the doc cares about the patients.
