I saw Dr. Williams twice. The first time was fine. However, I found him to be very short spoken and he didn't explain much or do much to alleviate my concerns. Still, he did seem very knowledgeable. When I went for my follow up visit on a Friday, I received a call asking if I can come in earlier. I told them I couldn't on account of work as I was already leaving the office early. On the way over, I was stuck in traffic. I called the office to let them know the slight delay. They called me back in 5 minutes to let me know Dr. Williams already left for the day! It was clear to me that the Dr. just wanted to leave early that day and so they didn't honor the appointment. Leaving work early as well was not an easy thing for me to do at the time and I was very disappointed with the service.
