I think that Dr. Zilberfarb is professional and experienced. He knows what he is doing. You can ask him what ever you want.
Great nurse practitioner - thank you!
Awesome Doctor, smart, intelligent, and knows his stuff. I highly recomend him!
This was my first visit with Dr. Zilberfarb; I felt confident the way he addressed my concerns. I felt he fully understood my symptons. He spent an adequate amount of time with me and fully explained my treatment plan.
Virtually no wait time, and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Zilberfarb was great and I'd highly recommend his office.
He was helpful and explained everything to me as well as listened to all my concerns and checked them out without rushing off. And he doesn't seem like the kind to rush to unnecessary medication if physical therapy is the answer.
I saw Melissa Scott a P.A.C and she was Awesome!
Very efficiently run office. Pleasant staff. Excellent Doctor. I wish all my interactions with the medical system were up to these standards.
Got to my issue right away and gave me a good treatment plan. Thanks!
I filled out all the paperwork on line and told the receptionist, who smiled and handed me a packet of papers. I felt that she did not listen to me. I showed her the email from the zocdoc site and she was like oh, I don't work here usually. I spoke to a woman who pre registered me a week ago. She said she had not gotten the read on my MRI so I called and gave them the fax number I was given but the receptionist said they won't fax here. Why give information that you can't get. Frustrating!
Zilberfarb was great. Extremely professional, fast, friendly. Would absolutely recommend.
All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! Time was hardly at all to wait. Dr. Z was as nice as he could be, and I was Very impressed with his credentials.. I have already recommended him to someone
Appointment with doctor Jeffrey Zilberfarb on 11/03 1:15p.m. was very good
doctor zilberfarb is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor
I find Dr.Zilberfarb extremely efficient and effective. I am a new patient and have been very pleased with the interactions I've had with Dr.Zilberfarb, including a recent surgical procedure.
Dr. Zilberfarb and his staff are amazing. I had rotator cuff repair surgery and I must say that the entire process of office visits and the actual surgery has been the most efficient and most professional ever.
Professional, efficient, great bedside manner - both the doctor and the staff. I came in and was able to get both an X-ray and MRI down the hall. I would highly recommend Dr. Zilberfarb and the facility to any athlete dealing with an injury!
He was very helpful and knowledgable. He offered easy to understand explanations and offered good applications to my everyday activities.
Excellent and thorough. Nice manner. Very competent.
Excellent all around Ortho doc. for shoulder, knee, hip or elbow.
About what I expected based on my past experiences. He's very thorough and explains clearly his opinion of the problem and recommendations for treatment. His office is also very well run and all the people are friendly.
Courteous, professional, and possibly the best Orthopedic Surgeon in Boston. His practice is well managed; staff is kind, his diagnosis is usually right on. He treated me for a rather hard horse injury two years ago-with his excellent surgeon skills, put me back together, and now am back riding again better than ever. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a Doctor in this field.
Very brief, diagnosed issue but did not offer any additional care, or ask if I had any further questions
Very professional and prompt
This was my first visit and I found that Dr. Zilberfarb to be very professional and courtious.
My visit was okay overall, but ZocDoc sorta screwed up. I got confirmation from ZocDoc of a 10:30am appt., but Clara, the adm. ass't. called the first thing in the morning of the appt. and said that she rec'd. my appt. notice apparently after the business day and that there was NO 10:30am available. I had already changed my business day to accomodate the time and then had to "switch gears" for an afternoon appt. Just a suggestion: things were not sycronized appt.-wise. Somehow either don't confirm a time unless the doctor's staff knows about it or change how things are done, ZocDoc.
Great, friendly, efficient. Wish they didn't use paper forms though ;)
Great doctor, saw me very quickly
