I m very pleased with my experience. I only waited 10 minutes to see Dr Cohen. She performed a thorough comprehensive exam and I was able to see images of eyes. She was able to help with my dry eyes. Thank you. The store, equipment and doctors office looks amazing . Everything is modern and up to date. Highly recommended.

i THOUGHT i was going to see the actual doctor. I saw a computer screen instead. My prescription was that was given wasn't accurate. Even though i needed a change in power level, they did not give that. It took over 2 hours to complete the appointment and not once were they straight forward with me that i wouldn't see the doctor, that i would see an online doctor. Sketchy experience to say the least. Would NOT recommend.

Stay away! The visit took three times longer than any eye exam I’ve ever had, the office is under construction making it so loud that the doctor could barely hear me and they misquoted the price of the exam (upcharged me at the end). The worst experience I’ve had at any doctor in a very long time, from beginning to end.

Dr. Friedman did a great job making me feel comfortable. Ive had VISION issues that causes headaches & she gave recommendations and followed up to check on my status. Very pleased. The staff recommended. But wasn't pushy. Very friendly place.
