Practicing Naturopathic Medicine and being co-owner of aja is a dream come true. At a young age I realized I wanted to work in the health care field, especially with women. I worked in the dental field for 12 years after graduating from high school. I thought I wanted to be a dentist, because this was my only experience in patient care. But as fate would have it, I was introduced to Naturopathic Medicine. I knew in that exact moment that this was the career I had been waiting for. It is a career in which I could learn as much about the body as possible, help prevent disease, live a true and meaningful life, and help empower and enrich women’s lives. Everything about this career excites me. Every day I see my patients transform and achieve wellness. I get super excited teaching my patients about health by drawing silly pictures or using my hands to demonstrate how the body works. I am a real person who is not perfect, but I'm always striving to do my best. My trust in the journey and understanding that everyone has their own process makes me more empathetic and supportive. Through my years of being a physician I have learned the importance of practicing what I “preach”, which has taught me to eat well, find my inner silence through yoga, and push to continually find balance in my life. I am grateful every day to have an amazingly supportive husband, a beautiful and healthy daughter, an incredible family, friends, and patients in my life. I am eternally grateful every day for this journey.

I so appreciate how Dr. O'Leary listens & really cares. She explains herself clearly & I never feel rushed. I never wait long for my appointments & her office is cozy & welcoming.
