I was incredibly impressed by this new location. They were so professional. They responded so quickly to any phone calls. Scripts were called in immmediately. I was especially impressed by Jennifer Rivera, their nurse practitioner. Extremely thorough and pleasant. My husband made an appointment after my experience and completely agreed. Jennifer Rivera was very friendly professional & thorough. Her assistant Kiley (I think) was great. The negative was, I had to wait 40 minutes before being seen & I was alittle early. Im still glad I chose this place.

Front desk staff was friendly and kind. Woman who took me back was not friendly, kinda just looked at me no smile even if I was smiling. ARNP saw me for about five minutes and rushed me through that. Not really interested in helping me since what they offered could not help me she said. She wanted to get out of the room and on to the next one. Totally unimpressed.
