About Dr. Jacquelyn Medina
Dr. Jacquelyn Medina is a dedicated, board-certified dermatologist with an inspiring path in dermatology. Her journey began years ago as a medical assistant at Water’s Edge Dermatology (WED), where her passion for patient care and dermatology was first ignited. With a strong drive to advance in her field, Dr. Medina pursued medical training and has since become a highly skilled physician, joining AQUA Dermatology as an integral member of the team.
Dr. Medina brings significant experience to her role, treating patients of all ages and managing conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. Known for her compassionate approach and dedication, she takes pride in empowering patients to make informed decisions, supporting them in achieving both health and confidence.
A South Florida native, Dr. Medina earned her undergraduate degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, and went on to obtain her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She completed her internship and dermatology residency at HCA Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL, where she received extensive training in medical dermatology.
Now practicing in Palm Beach County, Dr. Medina is delighted to serve her community and looks forward to contributing through volunteer work and mentoring. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

I was able to get an appointment earlier than expected. I was seen on time, actually a little early. I expected my visit to just be a consultation but Dr. Medina treated my issue fully on the spot. She and her assistant ( whose name escapes me) were professional, communicated well and were pleasant to talk to. Truly a five star experience!

The office staff was very friendly. It’s a busy office but it was clean and ran like a well oiled machine.
