“This was an absolutely wonderful experience! Bri in the front office was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and actually let me know about an earlier appointment that allowed me more flexibility for my schedule. Andrea was great in her role to communicate the intake information to the provider. Staci, APN, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, not rushing, and a great diagnostician. She asked helpful questions and listened to all the details and then communicating and conferring about next steps and all the important issues with Dr. Thareja, so that I can finally get the help I need for an ongoing issue that has lingered for nearly 2 decades. Now, I feel very positive and hopeful that progress is going to be made to get to the bottom of multiple misdiagnoses from more than 6 other providers that have plagued me during my time in Florida!”

My experience was mediocre. I felt very rushed and that the doctor was not listening to me when I spoke. It seemed like she wanted to rush me in and out which made me uncomfortable. The bedside manner was really poor.
I came here because it said this doctor has loyal patience but ultimately was disappointed by my experience.

I don’t even know where to start with this office and the treatment we received. If there was a time where this was a good dermatologist, it’s unfortunately not the case anymore. It’s not about being perfect, they never get it right. It’s the most frustrating doctor experience I have ever had.

Everyone was so kind and understanding and got me in ASAP. Check in was easy and even though I had some issues with my insurance, it was made sure that I was taken care of and took the extra time to resolve it. Dr. Shalini was extremely understanding, gave me all of the information I needed and cleared all of my questions regarding my concerns, and I was in and out within 15 minutes with a better outlook on my skin than when I came in! Highly recommend and will go to again if skin issues arise in the future.

The overall experience was great - her office assistant was polite and Dr Batra was crisp, professional and explained the procedure and the insurance process. The only issue, though no fault of their own, there is no wayfinder so I had a small hiccup trying to locate their office within the building. Once there however, everything went as well as it could. Highly recommended!
