The older lady at the front desk never greeted me when I signed in and didn't even acknowledge me until ten minutes later. The bad part was the lobby wasn't even busy. The technician that did my hearing test was extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Tirino was very knowledgeable, took her time and explained everything well. I would recommend her and definitely go back to see her again. When I checked-out the same lady was NOT in any hurry to check me out even after another lady told her. I stool there for about five minutes while she was busy throwing shredding in the box before she acknowledged me. ??. A smile or something from her would be nice! She acted like she was doing me a favor and like she didn't care to be there. ??

It was wonderful! Very sweet and down to earth staff and Dr. Tirino was so kind and knowledgeable and I would def recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Trino was wonderful. She took the time to listen to me about my hearing issue that has been going on for years. I left feeling confident in her diagnosis and next steps. This was my first appt with her, after having visited many doctors around the city over the course of years trying to solve or get some answers to my hearing and balance issues. Her attention to the details of my medical history was something that has not been my experience with other doctors and it was very refreshing and appreciated. I absolutely never write reviews, but Dr. Trino was exceptional!
