Dr Toh is super thorough and very understanding that I had a number of questions for her. The front office staff were fine but a little less friendly and welcoming but all the nursing staff and testing staff were superb. So happy I found her and hope we can identify both a treatment plan and understand the root cause of the issue.

Dr Toh was great! She was a great listener and is really doing her best to help! Lots of testing to followup and then we’ll go forward with the plan! Amazing doctor and definitely recommend!
Only complaint was the wait time (which they were highly apologetic about and it doesn’t sound like that’s the norm) which was almost two hours from when I arrived to the office until I was seen and then I was there for another 90 minutes for testing and am now waiting at another lab for even more testing (something that can’t be done in office)… definitely would’ve planned my day differently if I knew how hectic this was going to be but it was definitely worth it!

It was like a visit with friends. All the staff were helpful, polite and easy going. Dr. Toh wanted to cover all the possibilities of what causes my issue. She gave time to explain to me the possibilities and what I have to do.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful doctor Toh and her staff was. I went in for a scratch test for a food allergy and have a deep fear of needles and I have never been treated with such compassion and kindness in a doctors office. I cannot recommend enough how great this staff was!

Dr Toh is great at explaining everything. Asks questions and listens to the answers. Knew exactly how to handle the case. She's very efficient, but not rushed. We felt like our problems had her complete attention and concern. On return visits she remembered and knew us. After seeing other allergists, we were so happy to finally find Dr Toh and don't want to go anywhere else.
The office on the whole is efficient and clean, and we were seen quickly even though they were shorthanded that day. All the nurses and office staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful.

I’m moving up to NY from DC and was in the need of transferring my allergy shots to a new allergist which was the basis of my appointment. As soon as I mentioned that the whole experience felt rushed. Yes, she’s very knowledgeable in her expertise but definitely felt rushed through the explanation of certain things. I ended up doing the allergy test all over again just for her office to make the serums instead of transferring them from
my current allergist.
