About Dr. Jenny Valencia

Dr. Jenny Valencia is a Board-Certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She did her pediatrics training at Woodhull Hospital, affiliated with New York University (NYU) Langone Medical Center. Graduated medical school in Universidad Libre de Cali, Colombia, in 1999. She has worked in research with the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Upon the completion of her pediatric residency, she returned to Florida, where she worked in a pediatric emergency in Miami Dade and Palm Beach Counties. She then worked as primary care pediatrician in Coconut Creek and now comes to join our team at World Wide Pediatrics. Dr. Valencia is particularly interested in delivering compassionate and attentive care while adhering to the standard of care for each condition and enjoys being able to be an advocate for the healthy development of children. She is fluent in English and Spanish. In her spare time, she likes to enjoy the outdoors, hiking, and traveling with her family.
