The doctors are almost all fantastic and I do love the practice. I am disturbed though by the wait times. When last I was seen continuously by this office several years ago it was never more than a half hour, now twice I have waited an hour plus another 15-20 minutes in the room after being checked by the tech. The total visit counting blood draw and being seen by the doc has come to 2 hours twice in a row. It's just very hard to balance work and kids with those kinds of waits when you're looking at multiple visits due to pregnancy. I've tried different times of the day as well and it has been the same thus far. Also, because they keep the AC going in the office, the long waits mean you end up frozen and then my already small veins retreat making the blood draw difficult. I just wish they could do something about the wait times. Additionally, you have to be very on top of what timing looks like for various techs. Office staff was insisting I book on week 22 for my 20 week ultrasound. I know there is a range but I wanted to be closer to the time -- say 21 weeks. It took some doing and they seemed a bit incredulous.

As a new patient, this was a very positive first appointment experience. I was seen almost immediately and all the staff I interacted with were nice. Loved Dr. Moon from he instant he walked through the door! He was upbeat, friendly, and didn't rush through the appointment. He was so down to earth and positive about everything we discussed. Looking forward to being a patient!

Dr. Moon is very attentive, personable and informative. My husband and I had a couple of questions about our circumstance and he had no problem in answering them. He shows that he actually cares about his patients and has a very kind spirit. The wait seems to be in and out, however I was waiting for some of my documents to be faced over so it made the wait alittle longer. Nevertheless, He's worth the time and trust will get the care in return. I'm so glad we were recommended to him and now He's my doctor.

This doctor was recommended to me by a friend. On the first visit, he put me at ease right away. The visit was fast and thorough. He took my complete history. I left feeling that he actually listened to me. Liked him so much that I instantly decided to make him my permanent GYN. I have been back a few times and each visit was as great as the first. The staff is efficient and courteous and the office is comfortable. I highly recommend him.
