About Angela Ferin

Her 20+ years of experience in healthcare include roles as a doula, childbirth educator, Registered Nurse, lactation counselor, NAMS Menopause Society member, and Nurse Midwife.
Having worked in healthcare systems across the U.S. and Europe, Angela values mindfulness and awareness of cultural differences and individualized preferences. Her patients know her to be thoughtful, warm, and caring.
Angela earned her Master's in Midwifery from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis College in Brooklyn.
She has served as a midwife at Maimonides Medical Center, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Mount Sinai West, as well as in private practices in NYC. In addition to her clinical work, Angela has taught midwifery students, sharing her expertise and passion for the field.
