Dr. Jeremy D. Wiseman received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Southwestern University, Georgetown, Texas, in 1998, and his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas, in 2006. Dr. Wiseman completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio-McAllen Family Practice Residency Program as of June 2009. The doctor has an avid interest in general family medicine, as well as women’s health, preventive medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, alternative medicine, weight loss, and sports medicine. Dr. Wiseman is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Wiseman is a avid tennis player and participated on the Division I University of Illinois Varsity Tennis team while attending the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign, Illinois. Since returning to Austin, Dr. Wiseman has made a significant impact in the care of our patients. reasonable pricing, nice staff. I have to schedule appts. for refills a lot more frequently than any other Dr. I have gone to, which is a financial hardship because of my income. That is the only negative.

Very good experience with my first appointment. He's very patient oriented and works to keep the overall costs as low as possible. Takes a holistic approach to health rather than just masking symptoms with drugs. Tries to find the cause and then address it if at all possible. I'm so glad to now have Jeremy Wiseman as my primary doctor.

Dr. Wiseman greeted me at the sign in area and we spoke for a few minutes about fitting me into his full schedule since I got to the office late. I was very grateful when we did have our visit and hopeful to get my bio hormones working well :)

I found both Dr Wiseman & Suzanne, the PA to be most congenial & knowledgeable. Neither seemed to be hurried & listened attentively to my questions. I found Dr. Jeremy Wiseman in my search for a doctor that believes in a more "natural" approach to treating menopause. He was kind, empathetic and showed a genuine interest in my belief system of being more of a purist. During my visit today where we reviewed my recent blood tests, we decided the best approach for me was to treat things with natural herbs to help relieve some of the symptoms I have. I could not be happier to know that his philosophy of making healthy lifestyle choices will enhance my body's ability to get through this time without having to take drugs of any kind. He is both highly educated and knowledgeable and presents information in a very personable and efficient way. I look forward to my continued care with Dr. Wiseman and would highly recommend him!
