I felt like she dismissed my concerns and for the extremely long wait time that I experienced, she barely spent five minutes talking to me and trying to grasp a full understanding of why I came in. I left in even more confusion than I originally arrived with and I was disappointed because I traveled a long way to meet with her and be seen by her.

Overall, the experience met my expectations. Dr. Hudson was very nice and asked clarifying questions regarding my family health history to ensure everything was discussed for me. The front desk staff could be more welcoming especially to new patients. The techs and doctor made up for it, but I hope they realize that the front is the first touch point for all patients - make it warm and inviting.
