About Dr. Hien Pham
Hien Pham, DO, received his Bachelor of Science in public health at the University of Texas at Austin in 2013. He went on to complete his Master of Science in medical sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2015. He completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in June 2020 at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2023 at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in El Paso, where he trained at the University Medical Center of El Paso. Dr. Pham joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2023.
Dr. Pham enjoys hiking, traveling, watching sports, and anything related to the University of Texas.

The office was confusing to get to, you have to park in garage 5, then go into the memorial Hermann building that has the clinic on floor 14-16. Make sure you pick the right elevator. Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as it takes a while to verify your insurance. Once that's done, they have a nice lobby to wait in. In my experience, the nurses are a little cold, but quick. Dr. Pham was thorough in asking additional questions and reviewing all the options available to help with my illness. I would recommend this clinic if you stay in the Memorial area.

Dr. Pham was kind and to the point. He heard my concerns and responded to each one. He also made sure to give me ample time to heal.

The doctor was nice and friendly. My main issue though was how they handled my visit the next day after the physical to get bloodwork done. I came in about 15 minutes after the clinic was open and was expecting to get called up soon. I waited for more than 2 hours which was frustrating considering I had to go to work afterwards and I fell behind on work because of the long wait time. It also seemed the like the staff either forgot to put me on the waitlist or simply forgot to call me up and I had to bring it up to the receptionist. The long wait time is making me less likely to want to come here again soon if they’re going to keep making me wait. I should not have to wait 2 hours for a procedure that will only take a minute.

This was a new doctor for me and my experience with him and his staff was awesome. Very good listener and communicates very clear. So far I would recommend and have recommended my daughter to see Doctor Pham.

Honestly, so very disappointed. I have felt unheard by medical professionals before and after reading up on Dr. Pham I was excited to see what he had to say about my condition and what course of action he would take to help me navigate it. He came across as kind of dismissive and unconcerned. Said he would send for my test results from my previous Dr. and we would go from there. Received my test results about a month ago and put in notes, but never followed up or reached out about moving forward. 100% affirming fear of not finding help through the healthcare system.

Quick and friendly office visit! I had trouble finding my way from the parking garage, and when I called the office, they assisted me while on the phone in a very friendly manner. I was slightly late because of it, and they fit me in for the next office time with very little extra wait time!
