Dangerously poor management of my PMDD. Had no idea what PMDD was. Wouldn’t prescribe more than a month’s supply of birth control with progestin. Tried replacing an SSRI (helps with PMDD) with an NDRI (does not help with PMDD) because it would help me have more sex and lose weight?????? I didn’t ask for either of those things. Serotonin withdrawal from quitting SSRI & starting NDRI which caused heightened suicidality (the only serious behavioral symptom of my PMDD was mood swings and suicidal ideation). I’m on the verge of losing my job. Will be seeing someone else.
