My name is Tracy Pankey. I've worked in healthcare for over 30+ years. I began my journey as a nurse aide, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
During my professional career I've taught RN students at a couple of local colleges in Ohio, experienced in Home Health Care, Wound Care, Skilled Nursing, Long-term Acute Care, Med-surg, Orthopedics, Spinal cord injuries, Traumatic Brain injuries, Charge Nurse Role on Telemetry/Ventilator unit, Emergency Room, Mental Health - inpatient and outpatient , and active in precepting PMHNP students.
I am passionate and very dedicated to delivering optimal care to patients and families that I serve. And am looking forward to meeting your respective health care needs.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
