My appointment with Jessica went really well! I’m always nervous about seeing a new provider, as you never know what to expect. Sometimes I get flustered when talking to professionals, but she was very easy to talk to. I felt listened to, respected, and she was kind. Jessica also answered any questions I had about medication, and devised an appropriate treatment plan. I’m enthusiastic to begin my new treatment plan!

She told me to contact another person but never gave me information to do that. It was my second time trying to speak to her. The first time I was double booked and they rescheduled me. The second time she rushed me off the phone and I was left feeling even more lost and on the verge of wanted to just give up all together.
