“I’ve been to a couple different doctors to address mental health in Las Vegas, and all were very dismissive. This was an immediate difference the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk is so nice and helpful, even told me how to save some money on my visits—his honesty was so refreshing. Then I met with Josh; his office was so warm and inviting and instantly put me at ease. He was no different—so warm, welcoming, receptive. I was SO nervous “seeing someone” and I could feel a weight lifted off my shoulders in the short time I met with him. Couldn’t recommend more. Seriously!!!”

All clinicians hold a master's degree in psychiatric and mental health nursing, including Mrs. Nicole Vaughn, who earned her degree from Eastern Kentucky University and holds a Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Mrs. Vaughn founded this practice in 2017 with the goal of providing proactive and supportive mental health care. She shares a strong rapport with her patients and believes in delivering care tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and needs.

I had a scheduled visit with NP Vaughn, but instead saw NP Beth, one of the other providers at her office. The office staff were super sweet and incredibly helpful and saw me almost immediately. NP Beth was one of the nicest, most attentive people I've ever met and listened to everything I had to say. She explained why and the next steps and gave me multiple options for whatever fit best for me. I love this group and look forward to finally having an amazing primary psychiatrist. Thank you so much!!

I had a visit with Beth she is awesome. Very empathetic. Understanding. Connected. Only problem was my e-scripts that we’re guaranteed that afternoon and desperately needed. Have not been sent to the pharmacy 3 days later still no active orders and I have since had to give them the pharmacy address and zip code 3 times, as their system lost it? I don’t know if it is a system error. The pharmacy is Walgreens. Seemed like it should be easy? ???????. Not really complaining, more confused, as the specialist Beth, was very good.
