Jessica is very enthusiastic about developing a meal plan that works for you and is excited about making adjustments where necessary. She personalizes her attention by creating a personal pinterest account with recipes geared toward my diet. I would recommend Jessica to anyone suffering from food sensitivities.

I found Jessica very easy to talk to and very understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable about food sensitivity issues. Jessica helped me to understand the LEAP process and to feel optimistic about giving it a try.

Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me navigate nutrition given my multiple food intolerances. As a division 1 athlete, she made sure I was getting enough calories and protein and suggested protein bars that I could eat.
