I was very happy that I was able to get an appointment so quickly and was excited to be able to fill out new patient forms online -- though you did not need to have the medical proxy form which was on the of documents on the ZocDoc site (just an fyi so you don't waste time). I was seen in advance of my appointment, so that was very efficient which I appreciated. Dr. Fallis was nice but there were a few things about the exam and the office that I wasn't thrilled with. - I had called in advance asking the receptionist if I needed to be prepared with any information to give blood and they said no. When I arrived, they told me I had to call the insurance company on the spot to learn which lab would accept the results. It wasn't a huge deal but I was asked to do this multiple times during my visit and I wasn't sure how much time I had in between each time the doctor popped in and out so I found this distracting. It seemed like something the office staff could do with access to my insurance card information. - the team did not take my actual weight and height. They asked me what it was verbally -- though a scale was three feet away. I found this odd. - the physical exam itself felt very quick and on the surface. The doctor looked in my eyes and throat for 30 seconds and listed to my lungs. No other part of my body was examined -- not even my ears. I was also fully dressed, often times at physicals I've been asked to wear a gown. I'm not experiencing any pain or discomfort but as a new patient, I thought it was strange that they weren't more thorough for their own notes (I did not even have previous records transferred) -- so the conversation felt pretty blind. Overall, I would say this appointment was "fine" -- but not a practice that I will probably return to given the lack of personal interest I felt as a new patient.

He is very pleasant, well-mannered and easy to talk with, and he communicates clearly. He listened carefully, asked appropriate questions and answered my questions. He made a referral for me to a specialist in the Mount Sinai system. The office staff and attendants were super welcoming and helpful. I was there on a Sunday when they are the least busy.

The office on 34th street has you fill out this paper form with senstive information EVERY TIME you go. Even when you booked on this website, even when the website uploads your insurance card. It is rather medival in this day and age. The doctor is really friendly and attentive. Not so great on after visit communications, but lets just attribute that to the winter holidays?

Way too long of a wait. The clinic is not adequately utilizing their Epic system. They need to adjust their scheduling process to schedule resources based on type and availability. (For example, so I do not wait downstairs only to be told they do not have a nurse working and to be sent upstairs. This is something the front desk staff should have told me.) They also need to start entering orders directly in the system. (For example, so I don't carry a paper script upstairs to get a shot.)

The delay was partly my own fault, as there was an issue getting in touch with my insurance company. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Fallis was fidgety, and he seemed rushed, like he just wanted to get the appointment over with. All in all, I spent five minutes with him, and it would have been shorter had I not asked several questions. I didn't feel reassured or informed by his vague answers. I would not make an appointment to see him again.

5 pages of paperwork for a new client before I could see the doctor. The office only uses ZocDoc for scheduling, not for paperwork. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early and be ready to provide your complete medical history.

Talked over me when I described my symptoms. Spent less than two minutes with me before sending in a nurse to get blood. Only commented on test results saying ‘these lab results are normal’ and didn't address any of the symptoms I explained. Overall terrible experience and a waste of time.
