Working with Bari Glassman was a refreshing blend of professionalism and personality. From the start, our conversation was warm and welcoming—with just the right sprinkle of humor to break the ice. Bari has a great way of creating a space that feels both structured and relaxed, making it easy to open up and dive into personal goals and challenges.
What stood out to me most was Bari’s compassionate approach. He explains things in a clear, well-rounded way that really helped me understand not just what he offers, but how we’ll work together. He walked me through the app and its features, highlighting how we’ll stay connected—whether it’s checking in about how I’m eating, how I’m feeling, or if I suddenly find myself in a committed relationship with a loaf of sourdough. (It happens.)
The balance Bari strikes between expertise and empathy is rare. I left our session feeling both informed and genuinely excited to get started. I’m looking forward to this journey—and to having Bari in my corner every step of the way.

Bari was amazing! He was extremely patient. We shared lots of ideas together. He understood my goals and and understood that I have a long-term plan. It’s very difficult sometimes to find a dietitian that you align with. I found mine with Bari!!

I would love if you could integrate with my Apple Health data. I have all my weights, blood pressure, workouts, etc. already in there, and I don't feel motivated to enter in all my information a second time. If you could import it directly that would be a *huge* help.
