Everyone reaches points of crisis or self-doubt in their life. These times are difficult, but they are also opportunities for growth and change. My approach is very individual and interactive. I work with people who suffer from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship problems. I have also helped people improve their motivation, concentration, and focus. There is no one answer for anyone's problem, but I can help you clarify your goals and work toward them in a healthy, more comfortable way.
Treatment may involve talking therapy, medication, or both. I will make recommendations, advise you of the pluses and minuses of the available options, and help you decide what is best for you. I am a good listener, but I am not a "silent" therapist -- I will provide a lot of feedback and guidance to help you overcome the obstacles you have encountered.
